What is the delivery time?
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 4:00 PM will in most cases be shipped the next day. Please take into account possible rush hours at the delivery services, for example during lockdowns, snowfall or the holidays. Orders placed from Friday through Monday 4:00 PM will be shipped on Tuesday.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €5.95. If you order for more than €50.00, we ship for free. You can find more information on the page ordering & shipping .
Can I ship abroad?
Of course we also send orders abroad. The shipping costs differ per country. For more information we refer you to the page ordering & delivery .
What payment options are available?
You can pay with us in the following ways: Ideal, Paypal, Klarna, Bank transfer, Mastercard, Maestro or Bancontact/MisterCash. For more information, visit the page payment .
I just placed an order, can I also track my orders online?
As soon as you place an order with us, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Please note: this may end up in the spam box. If the package is packed and labeled, you will receive an email with the Track & Trace code, this can also end up in the spam.
How can I return an order/product?
It may happen that an article is not to your liking. Then returning it is of course no problem. Do you want to know how? Then view this page .
The product I want to order is sold out, what now?
It may happen that some products are sold out. As soon as we receive them again, they will automatically be put back in stock. Unfortunately, this does not always go well. If you want to be sure, you can always send us an e-mail to ask if the product is really out of stock.
